Andrzej Polan cooperates with Dzień Dobry TVN. He published a book titled “Kuchnia Polana w obiektywie Wellmana”, which contains his best recipes. His watchword is: the best products, simple recipes, and brilliant flavour.
Our special guest, Basia Trzetrzelewska, received the Amicus statuette. She was accompanied by Danny White.
