Saint Nicholas Charity Auction at the Irish Pub – December 6, 2010
On Monday evening, December 6, 2010, the Saint Nicholas Charity Auction took place at the Irish Pub in Łódź. The
“Friends of the World” constantly supports those in need – this time we directed our help to the beneficiaries of the “I Hear the Heart” Association, which works with children and adults with disabilities.
During the symbolic meeting, a ceremonial handover of specialist equipment for movement therapy took place:
Kettler Kinetic F7 atlas-gym,
MOTOmed viva 2 rehabilitation device.
The modern equipment will serve people struggling with neurological, orthopedic and chronic diseases leading to partial or complete loss of mobility.
This is another step by the “Friends of the World” Association towards real support for those in need. Each such gesture is a chance for greater independence and a return to activity for people who face difficulties resulting from illness every day.
